Description
More fan art of two of my favourite things, Adventure time and Book of the New Sun. Here I tried to make a comic book cover in the style of the Adventure Time comics, with characters from the Book of the New Sun.
Many of the people who commented on my last piece, which you can see here, pandafunkteam.deviantart.com/a… said that there is not enough fan art of the Book of the New Sun and I completely agree, I want to see so much more as there is a wealth of imagery in there that could be translated beautifully in to image.
What I have tried to do here is just have some fun with the idea that the Land of Ooh and Severians Urth are one in the same, as they do have a lot of similarities! Both are Earth as we know it but very far in the future and magic and science are one and the same.
Take what you will from it, but I had fun making it and I hope you like it. Leave a comment, I love to hear from other Book of the New Sun fans!!

Maybe I should but if I did a "Neverwork" it'd be if "Beyond the Aquila Rift" (Love Death Robots) was made as a Twilight Zone/Outer Limits episode from the 50s... Or John K doing the cartooning for Heinlien's "Friday" the animated movie...
